Experiences & Pricing
At Woof Houze RWC, our pricing is based on an hourly rate that reflects your dog’s coat type and coat condition, grooming needs, behavior, and size. Rates are charged beginning with an hourly rate continuing in 30--minute increments ensuring you only pay for the time spent on your dog’s care experience. Prices may change between appointments as your dog’s needs can change.
Prior to your appointment, you will be required to sign the Consent, Policies, and Liability Agreement.
All services require proof of an up-to-date rabies vaccination.
All-Inclusive Pricing
Your dog’s first hour is based on their weight:
Up to 25 lb — $75
26–50 lb — $85
51–80 lb — $95
81+ lb — $115
If additional care time is needed:
$50 per additional 30 minutes
That’s it.
Routine bathing, drying, brushing, coat release, and shaping when needed, nail care, ear care and finishing are included according to your dog’s individual needs.
No complicated upgrade menu.
No separate de-shedding charge.
No dematting fee.
No extra brushing charge.
No additional handling charge.
Your dog’s coat, needs and the time required determine the final total.
Teeth brushing at guardians request. We do not provide anal gland service.

Our care environment is kennel-free, and the experience is paced around the individual dog whenever possible.
We pay attention to what your dog communicates and allow the care plan to adjust when they need something different.

Does Your Dog Need More Time Before Care Begins?
For some dogs, going directly into a full appointment isn’t the best first step.
Our Hello Visit is available for dogs who may benefit from meeting us, exploring the environment and becoming familiar with the care process before their first full experience.
Hello Visits are particularly appropriate for dogs with significant handling sensitivities, difficult previous experiences or a history of being unable to complete coat care.
Hello Visit — 45 minutes | $55
A Hello Visit is available when needed. It is not required for every new dog.

Why doesn’t Woof Houze RWC accept medicated dogs?
Our care work relies on observing and responding to a dog’s natural communication. When a dog is medicated for grooming or handling, it can mask stress signals and remove the dog’s ability to give clear consent. For this reason, we require dogs to arrive unmedicated so we can support them safely, respectfully, and at their own pace.
